Rainworth Surgery is a member of Sherwood PCN alongside six other GP practices. Sherwood PCN forms part of the Mid-Nottinghamshire Placed Based Partnership.
The network of GP practices work together to deliver services to the locality, support wider collaboration on NHS projects and participate in the planning and development of services and there provision across Mid Nottinghamshire.
The Primary Care Network also provides additional roles staff to enhance services already provided by GP Practices. These staff include First Contact Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Specialist Mental Health Practitioners, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians and Health and Wellbeing Coaches. Patients are routinely referred to our extended team who provide appointments no site at the surgery.
