Non-urgent advice: Please be aware
8 weeks minimum is required to give vaccines before travel.
If you require assessment for travel vaccines please fill in the travel form and hand it back to the surgery as early as possible – at least 8 weeks before you travel (Ideally 10 weeks before travel).
A practice nurse will assess completed travel forms and ring the lead passenger with the relevant advice and if necessary book further follow up appointments dependant on the course of vaccinations to be undertaken.
Not all vaccines are stock items and some may have to be ordered.
