If you’re aged 40-74 and have not been diagnosed with heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease or certain types of dementia, you are entitled to a free NHS health check. We also offer well woman and well man health checks with a Healthcare Assistant. Please ask at reception or call to book a health check.
